This is designed to facilitate daily use of crypto for spending and access, rather than just as a trading asset, and is considered one of the most crucial and desired features by over 3 million users.
- Public Testnet Launch: Developers will be able to build and test applications in a Mainnet-like environment, especially those leveraging decentralized storage. This phase will gather feedback to ensure system robustness before the Mainnet launch.
- Node Sale: A node sale for DACS and Rep nodes will be held soon. This offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in participating in the network’s infrastructure from the start. More details on the node sale will be provided in a dedicated space later.
Key Milestones for Q4 2025
- Public Mainnet Launch: An EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain with integrated decentralized storage will finally and officially go live. This marks the beginning of Xenea’s journey.
- Proof of Democracy (POD) and Repnode Activation: Xenea Wallet users will be able to participate in network security and consensus by operating Repnodes. Proof of Democracy (POD), a new consensus mechanism developed by Xenea, transforms all Xenea wallets connected to the network into voting nodes for transactions, allowing casual participation simply by using the wallet.
- Token Generation Event (TGE): The highly anticipated Token Generation Event (TGE) will occur in Q4 2025, following a brief stabilization period after the Mainnet launch. During TGE, tokens will be distributed to ecosystem participants, with special rewards for those who actively contributed through the wallet (e.g., Gem Mining, daily missions).
